Very nice English breakfast included and extremely exceeded our expectations. The landlords are very friendly, kind and helpful. I highly appreciate the help from them for purchasing the period pad for my partner at night. My partner had period and did not prepare the pad. When we realized it, it was almost 10 pm and nearly all the stores were closed. The landlord drove me to the closest store to purchase it! I want to say a sincere thank you to them.

We would definitely come here again! Gayle and Mark are wonderful hosts- there is nothing you could want for in the Sentry Mead- they have literally thought of EVERYTHING! The rooms are tastefully decorated, have mini-fridges, snacks and mugs for tea and bathrobes. Downstairs there is a bar room with drinks and snacks on the honour system and upstairs a Nespresso machine. The downstairs lounge is comfortable and inviting, as is the conservatory, terrace and garden area. You are a three-minute walk from the beach and trekking routes. There are restaurants and shops nearby as well as a bus stop, from where you can catch several different buses to explore the island. It is quiet and peaceful, but wonderfully accessible to tourist sights and other points of interest. And the breakfasts are outstanding!

Haven Hall Hotel ligger på ett 0,8 hektar stort område och erbjuder boende i Shanklin Isle of Wight. Boendet ligger på toppen av en klippa och erbjuder utsikt över havet, klipporna och bukten. Haven Hall is magnificent, a real home away from home, a spiritual gateway to a bygone age. The interior design is gorgeous: tastefully restored period furniture from the Edwardian era, charming soft cushions, an exquisitely crafted wooden fireplace from 1906, lovely lampshades everywhere, crystal chandeliers, splendid mantel clocks, model sailboats. From the outside you hear a gentle, trickling sound from a water fountain, coupled with the occasional calls of seagulls. However, when windows are closed, your room is absolutely quiet, you have a perfect serenity, I always had such a good night’s sleep. The garden is incredible: manicured lawns, flowers in full blossom, lavish palm trees, sweeping panoramic views to the sea. Birds and butterflies everywhere. Not even on the Mediterranean have I seen such a beautiful landscape. David and Arielle’s hospitality is second to none. Whenever I sent an inquiry before my arrival, they always replied within minutes. I was welcomed like a privileged friend in their house, nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast was the highlight of my days. When I mentioned how much I had liked Arielle’s home-made banana bread during my previous stay, she kindly prepared one for the next day, even though it was not yet on the breakfast menu of the season. It was heavenly delicious with rhubarb custard and lemon curd, I could enjoy it every single day. I also adored their Eggs Royale with warm sauce hollandaise. This was my third stay here, but I have already made a new booking for September. I’m ever so happy and proud to have found such a blissful retreat on a fairy-tale island. I simply can’t have enough of this magical world. Highly recommend.

Belmont erbjuder boende endast för vuxna, 3 minuters promenad från Shanklin Beach på Isle of Wight. Här finns gratis Wi-Fi, gratis parkering samt en trädgård och bastu där du kan koppla av. The hosts were great and the breakfast was amazing. We got a room with a sea view as requested and it was nice and comfortable. Really enjoyed our stay there and we'll definitely be back for more.

The Wellington ligger i Ventnor, 3 minuters promenad från Ventnor, och har conciergeservice, allergivänliga rum, en terrass, gratis WiFi i alla utrymmen och en bar. Cycling around the Isle of Wight, we stopped in this very confortable Hôtel with a lot of see View rooms and a SeeView terrace. Amazing Place ! We were looking for a lighter in the middle of the night, and the night receptionnist found one for us. One of the nicest person we have ever met ! Thanks !

We loved everything here: Salma and her team are very friendly and caring. We felt very welcomed here. You can pre-order dinner in the morning and the manager, Salma, is an incredibly good cook. Try out the sea bass and the curry, they‘re delicious! Everytime we sat outside in the garden we were amazed by the stunning view, overlooking Shanklin beach. Our room was at the very top and we‘ve never had a better view on the sea than here. The beds are also very comfortable. The Shanklin shops and the bus station are just a 5- mins walk away. Here you can catch buses to all the destinations on the island.
